California Managed Imaging Medical Group (CMI) provides professional radiology services at hospitals and outpatient radiology facilities along the California Central Coast from Camarillo to Templeton. Our physicians are trained in general, sub-specialty, and interventional radiology. All of our radiologists are licensed by the State of California to practice medicine as physicians and surgeons. In addition, each of our doctors has completed a post-graduate program of special training in the field of Radiology and has passed an examination resulting in certification in the specialty of Diagnostic Radiology by the American Board of Radiology.

You are receiving this bill for the services provided by the radiologist. This charge is separate from the hospital bill.
Every hospital visit involves different physician specialists and hospital resources. A physician specialist is typically required to submit their billing separate from the hospital. For example, if you came to the emergency room and had an x-ray and laboratory tests, you may receive a bill from the emergency room physician for their professional services, but also, a bill from the radiologist for interpreting any x-rays.
In order to receive a copy of your statement, please log into the Patient Portal, our patient portal, below and click on “Download Statement”. Instructions will be provided on the multiple ways you can receive your statement there.
Yes, you can log into the Patient Portal to modify or add multiple insurance policies to your account. CMI will submit the bill to your insurance carrier with the information we have on file first.Â
Most insurance plans require that you pay a co-payment, coinsurance or deductible for your health care expenses. Please contact your insurance company for further questions about your health care coverage. You may also log into our Patient Portal to ensure that we have your most current and accurate insurance information.
